KULAM PROJECT
Come for the music. Become part of it.
Live music, ecstatic dance and shared voices — bringing people together through rhythm, movement and song.
From festival dance floors to intimate circles, we create experiences where the music unfolds live and everyone is invited to take part.

Many voices. One shared experience.
Kulam means “everyone” in Hebrew — and that is where we begin.
Founded by Nir Shraiber and Romina Ibañez, Kulam Project brings together musicians, singers and communities to create something unique in each gathering.
Our orchestra changes from place to place, welcoming local artists and responding to the people in the room. A rhythm becomes a dance, a melody becomes a shared song, and the gathering finds its own voice.
Come as you are. Move, sing, listen — find your way into the experience.

Dance. Sing. Explore.
Live Ecstatic Orchestra
A fully live ecstatic dance journey, shaped by the musicians and the dance floor. Vocals, percussion and acoustic instruments — no backing tracks, each journey unique.

Ecstatic Singing Circle
Movement meets collective singing in an invitation to connect through the body and voice. From gentle listening to a whole room singing together.

Healing Voices & Workshops
Explore your voice through sound, movement and shared expression. Open to all, with no singing experience needed.

Rooted in community. Shared around the world.
Based in southern Spain, we bring our work to festivals, retreats and communities across Europe, Asia and Central America. Wherever we gather, we bring the same spirit: live music, participation and space for the unexpected.

Let’s create something together.

Kulam Project - Into the Here and Now

Kulam Project is a transformative live music and embodied experience founded by Nir Shraiber and Romina Ibáñez.
Born in the vibrant conscious community of Koh Phangan, Thailand, and now based in Andalucía, Spain, the project has been bringing people together through music, movement, and co-creation since 2018.

At the heart of Kulam Project is the belief that music is a universal language capable of reconnecting us with ourselves, each other, and life itself.
Every gathering is an invitation to celebrate, express, and remember our shared humanity through sound, movement, voice, and presence.

The signature offering, Live Ecstatic Orchestra, is a one-of-a-kind experience where a core group of musicians, guided by Nir Shraiber, co-creates a fully improvised live orchestra together with professional local musicians or artists from the local community.
No performance is rehearsed or repeated. The music emerges in real time, responding to the energy of the dancers, the musicians, the land, and the present moment, creating an unforgettable ecstatic journey.

Alongside the Live Ecstatic Orchestra, Kulam Project also offers Ecstatic Dance DJ Journeys, Healing Voices vocal workshops, The Tribal Experiment, cacao ceremonies, singing circles, and other immersive experiences that combine somatic practices, ritual, music, and community.

Over the years, Kulam Project has shared its work at festivals, retreats, conscious gatherings, and communities across Europe and beyond, collaborating with hundreds of musicians and thousands of participants. Every event is unique, rooted in improvisation, participation, and collective creation.

More than a performance, Kulam Project is a living movement that transforms audiences into participants, musicians into one orchestra of healers, and gatherings into deeply meaningful celebrations of connection, freedom, and joy.

"Kulam" means "everyone" in Hebrew, reflecting the project's vision that music belongs to all of us, and that when we come together, something greater than ourselves can emerge.
